Translate & Publish

Expanding into the Spanish-speaking market involves far more than translating words. While many authors can hire a translator, use online translators, translate the book themselves, or use artificial intelligence, publishing a book in another language, especially within Spanish-speaking markets, requires much more than a literal translation. These options do not always guarantee a high-quality translation that feels natural, culturally resonant, and appropriate for Hispanic readers. Additionally, a direct translation alone does not always provide the visibility, trust, cultural connection, or long-term readership necessary for meaningful growth within the Spanish-speaking world.

Many international authors discover that reaching Spanish-speaking readers involves much more than simply translating a book. Regional language differences, metadata and discoverability, reader preferences, and the unique ways books are promoted across Spanish-speaking markets can all influence how a book connects with new audiences. Even bilingual authors or native Spanish speakers may find that successfully positioning a book for Hispanic readers involves additional editorial, cultural, and publishing considerations beyond translation alone.

At Fideran, we help authors bring their books into the Spanish-speaking market with the same level of care and professionalism given to their original edition. Our goal is not simply to translate a story, but to create a Spanish edition that feels natural, emotionally engaging, and culturally resonant to Spanish-speaking readers.

Through our Translate & Publish program, authors receive professional translation and editorial adaptation, publishing under a professional imprint, market-focused presentation, and support designed specifically for Hispanic audiences.

Our approach seeks to combine editorial guidance, professional presentation, and close author involvement throughout the development of each book. We believe many writers have valuable projects that deserve to be published with quality, care, and an editorial vision focused on reaching Spanish-speaking readers. Unlike many traditional publishing models, we aim to offer a more personal, flexible, and accessible process for Christian authors, while still maintaining a strong commitment to editorial quality and the professional development of each project.

Every publishing journey is different. Our goal is to offer authors a balanced publishing approach that combines professional quality, editorial guidance, creative participation, and meaningful connection with Spanish-speaking readers.

As Fideran continues to grow, our vision also includes expanding opportunities through reading communities, conferences, fairs, promotional initiatives, and broader visibility within the Spanish-language publishing landscape.

We are especially passionate about helping expand the availability of Christian literature in Spanish, including both fiction and nonfiction. While the English-speaking market offers thousands of Christian books across many genres and topics, the Spanish-speaking market still has far fewer options available, especially in Christian fiction. Many Hispanic readers who enjoy clean, meaningful, faith-centered stories simply do not have the same variety currently available in English. Through translation, publishing, and long-term promotion, we hope to help more Christian stories and faith-centered books reach Spanish-speaking readers around the world.

We believe meaningful books, ideas, and stories deserve to cross languages with quality, clarity, and authenticity. Our mission is to help authors reach Hispanic readers through editions that feel professionally crafted, culturally natural, and designed for lasting connection with Spanish-speaking readers.
