Our Values and Principles
At Fideran Press, we value books that can edify, inspire, and help readers better understand the Word of God and its application to everyday life.
We seek to publish nonfiction books with a biblical focus, as well as fiction that reflects Christian values. We view both as powerful teaching tools for people of different ages and backgrounds.
We believe that the Bible is the most important and sufficient book, above any other human work. No book can take its place. Other books are tools that can help readers better understand, appreciate, and apply the truth of God’s Word.
Our Mission
At Fideran Press, we publish Christian nonfiction with a theological, biblical, and historical focus. Our areas of interest include theology, Church history, apologetics, missions, discipleship, biblical counseling, Christian education, various ministries, devotionals, and Christian living. We seek biblically grounded books that help readers deepen their knowledge of God, better understand Scripture, and grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.
At Fideran Press, we value unity among Christian believers from different Protestant denominations and believe that each person can contribute something valuable through their experiences, ministries, and areas of expertise.
Although denominational differences may exist regarding secondary matters, we seek to remain centered on the foundational teachings of the Christian faith and on the desire to honor God through our work as disciples and as a family in Christ.
We also publish Christian fiction across a variety of genres, including romance, suspense, historical fiction, and thrillers for adults, young adults, and children. We value stories that integrate Christian values, practical theology, and the application of God’s Word within real-life situations and everyday experiences.
We recognize that people are naturally drawn to stories, as reflected in the widespread interest in movies, television series, and books. These stories can significantly influence the way people think, live, and perceive reality, making them a powerful educational tool for people of all ages.
For this reason, we consider the development of stories rooted in Christian values to be highly valuable—not only for entertainment, but also for illustrating how God’s Word can be applied to life, following God’s original design and offering examples of how Christians can live faithfully amid the realities and situations of everyday life.
Translation and International Publishing
In addition to working with Spanish-speaking authors, we also collaborate with international authors and seek to translate and publish works from other countries that can connect with new readers. Likewise, we aim to help books originally written in Spanish be translated and shared with English-speaking audiences.
Our Team
At Fideran Press, we work with authors who specialize in theology, Church history, apologetics, discipleship, biblical counseling, Christian education, missions, and various areas of Christian teaching and ministry.
We also value the contributions of authors and individuals whose experience and involvement in the Church enable them to provide meaningful content, teaching, and encouragement to readers.
Our editorial team includes professionals with backgrounds in theology, literature, research, creative writing, editing, translation, and editorial design.
